Ceremony Settings
(With seating for up to 200 guests.)

• Open Air Chapel -- $600 for 4 hours. Each additional hour is $75. Includes electricity, up to 200 chairs and a dressing area for the bride and her entourage.
• Gazebo -- $600 for 4 hours. Each additional hour is $75. Includes electricity, up to 200 chairs and a dressing area for the bride and her entourage.
• Hideout -- Can be used for both ceremony and reception. $600 for 4 hours. Each additional hour is $75. Includes electricity, stage, and picnic seating for 150. You will need to rent portable toilets.
• Bar 20 Theatre -- Can be used for smaller indoor ceremonies (up to 120) and/or receptions (seating up to 40). $600 for 4 hours. Each additional hour is $100.

Reception Hall

• Cassidy Room -- $1600 for 6 hours. Each additional hour is $200. Includes tables and chairs for up to 200, a dance floor, and trash removal.
• Fully heated or air-conditioned.  (Outdoor patio available for larger receptions.)
• Our facility allows open catering. Alcohol is permitted when following facility guidelines.
• All events must end no later than midnight

Special Discount Package

Wedding & Reception (your choice of ceremony site and the Cassidy Room) -- $1,950.

Rental Agreements

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date, with the balance due 30 days prior to the date. A damage deposit of $150 is also required.

We also have carriage rides available. $400 for 3 hours. A $50 deposit is required, with final payment due 30 days prior to the date.
